My name is Shelley Lampman and I'm an artist living on beautiful Whidbey Island.
This first painting is a watercolor sketch of my Australian Cattle Dog Rainey.
I tried a new technique inspired by amazing watercolor artist Belinda Del Pesco. I did a graphite sketch first then did the watercolor painting over that. I really enjoyed the dimension
it added and look forward to
trying it again.
